You can see that this trend of over inventory would drive down the market in list price of residential homes in Bozeman & Belgrade. You will see that in List Price graph. The other areas have a substantial increase in inventory as well but those areas have different factors such as building booms & luxury amenities in places such as Big Sky. We will concentrate on Bozeman/Belgrade.
