The apartment occupies the entire second floor of the West wing. It is 2,000 sq. ft. in area and has two bedrooms, large living room, formal dining area, eat-in kitchen, one full bathroom and a powder room. The apartment has a separate entrance and mailing address. Various rooms provide excellent views in all directions. The ceiling height is 9’ with crown moldings thoughout. The floors are select grade solid Ash. All windows can be opened providing excellent cross ventilation. Because of the large number of windows (10), the apartment has very good natural light. The windows include 5 with 3 large sections each, 4 with 2 sections each and a glass door to the balcony that has 2 – 3 ft wide sidelights. All windows are fitted with wooden plantation shutters. The entire apartment is heated by hot water from a boiler in the equipment room #2, and has a central vacuum cleaning system.

 

 Living Room 

·       An open room measuring 25’ x 35’ with a balcony on the South side that overlooks the waterfall and private lake, and affords an excellent view of the nearby mountains of the National Forest. The balcony is protected by a concrete balustrade.
